Jeremy is a 43 year old loving and wonderful husband and father. He is in ICU in Florida and is suffering from covid and major complications from it. His kidneys have failed so he is on dialysis daily. He also is ventilated and is a candidate for a double lung transplant ASAP. The family is facing many medical bills to keep Jeremy alive.
